During the first part of the Provincial Chapter at the Villa Maria del Mar, on Tuesday, April 21, Friar Wayne Mulei was instituted as an Acolyte, the first step of receiving the Orders of Acolyte, Lector, Deacon and Priest. The institution was presided over by Rev Carlos Trovarelli, Minister General of the Order.
