The Vietnamese dish crew: The friars do not have a dishwasher but have a very efficient system for washing dishes.
St. Anthony Bread – The friars have their own bakery equipment for the making of bread which is packaged and sold as St. Anthony’s Bread. The proceeds of this venture are used to support the Friars’ outreach to the poor.
