Are you being called?

National Vocation Awareness Week is celebrated November 2-8, 2025, by the Catholic Church in the United States. Through prayer and education, we dedicate the week to promoting vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and consecrated life.

This 2025-2026 vocations poster shows our men in various stages of initial formation in Conventual Franciscan life. Please pray for these men in formation, those who are currently serving, and those who are called to “Come and See.”

Are you interested in learning more about Conventual Franciscan life? Do you know someone who would make a great friar? Check out our Vocations page for more information, and contact info for our Vocation Director.

Let us pray

God our Father,

we thank you for calling men and women to serve in your Son’s Kingdom as priests, deacons, and consecrated persons.

Send your Holy Spirit to help others to respond generously and courageously to your call.

May our community of faith support vocations of sacrificial love in our youth and young adults.

Through our Lord Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen
